Compact heavy-duty telescopic slides have been developed especially to withstand extreme loads in particularly confined spaces. Thanks to its slim I-beam profile, it maximises mechanical rigidity and strength while occupying a minimal base surface. In this way, even heavy components are supported stably and permanently. Large stainless steel balls, in combination with a robust ball cage, enable extremely smooth movement and precise guidance even with the slide fully extended. Thanks to its extreme resistance to corrosion and temperature, the slide ensures reliable operation even under the harshest conditions. For greater safety during transport or use, the rail can easily be combined with a special locking mechanism. In this way, the system proves ideal for compact medical laboratory cabinets and analysis equipment. In the marine and military sectors, the system enables safe handling of equipment supports and sliding vehicle platforms in environments with salt water or under adverse conditions. In industrial automation too, the system ensures precise, jam-free extension of heavy loads, even with minimal installation space.

With telescopic slides with full extension, the stroke is approximately equal to the installation length, which ensures more comfort and accessibility. The dynamic load capacity of the telescopic slides indicates the maximum load supported by a pair of vertically mounted telescopic slides when the full extension stroke is used. The stated load capacities were determined with a rail spacing of 500 mm and refer to the maximum value after 80.000 cycles.

In horizontal mounting, the load capacity per pair is 80% lower.

The installation width between the body and the drawer must be 32 mm +0,2 mm to +0,5 mm for the rail thickness.

It is recommended to use the telescopic slide with screws M10 of minimum strength 8.8 and a thread depth of 12 mm. To achieve the stated load capacity, all fastening positions must be used.
