PAK2454.20100
Telescopic slide partial extension on both sides 100X5, 2X15, 5, Style B, Stainless steel, Untreated, S=68, 5
Estimated delivery: On request
Material:
Rail and ball cage in stainless steel 1.4301.
Form A:
Steel balls.
Form B:
Balls in stainless steel 1.4125.
Version:
Rails with untreated surface.
Hardened balls.
Ordering note:
Sold individually.
Note:
For partial-extension telescopic slides, the stroke is less than the installation length. The dynamic load capacity of the telescopic slides indicates the maximum load capacity of a pair of vertically mounted telescopic slides when the full extension stroke is used.
The specified load capacities refer to the maximum value at 50.000 cycles.
When mounted horizontally, the load capacity is 75% lower.
The head height of the clamping screws must not exceed 0,9 mm, otherwise there is a risk of collision with other parts of the linear ball bearing.
Form A: lubricated.
Form B: with food-grade lubricant.
A lubricant (NSF H1) suitable for the food industry is used.
Recommended screws: M 2.6.
Maximum screw length = plate thickness + 1,5 mm.
Temperature range:
5 °C a 35 °C
Advantages:
Smooth operation
High lateral stability thanks to precise guidance
Drawing note:
1) In this case, the rail of 80 mm length has no hole
